बलानि च कुरुश्रेष्ठ भवन्त्येषां यथेच्छकम् ॥३॥

O best among the Kurus (kuruśreṣṭha), similarly, ministers, provinces, strongholds, difficult terrains, and armies become available to these enemies according to their wish.
