महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-238, verse-9

हित्वा तु सर्वसंकल्पान्सत्त्वे चित्तं निवेशयेत् ।
सत्त्वे चित्तं समावेश्य ततः कालंजरो भवेत् ॥९॥
9. hitvā tu sarvasaṁkalpānsattve cittaṁ niveśayet ,
sattve cittaṁ samāveśya tataḥ kālaṁjaro bhavet.
