Furthermore (uta), one who refrains from eating meat not offered in sacrifice (vṛthāmāṃsam) becomes one who abstains from meat (amāṃsāśī). Such a person is constantly engaged in giving (dāna), pure, vigilant (asvapnaḥ), and even one who sleeps during the day.
