महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-129, verse-6

अपास्य राजधानीं वा तरेदन्येन वापदम् ।
तद्भावभावे द्रव्याणि जीवन्पुनरुपार्जयेत् ॥६॥
6. apāsya rājadhānīṁ vā taredanyena vāpadam ,
tadbhāvabhāve dravyāṇi jīvanpunarupārjayet.

6. One should overcome a calamity either by abandoning the capital or by other means. For, if one survives such a state, one can acquire wealth again.
