Both the state of being the world (jagattā) and the state of not being the world (ajagattā) are but the unstained form of the Supreme (Brahman) itself. And even the designation 'Supreme' for the ultimate reality (para) is not truly existent from the perspective of the highest truth (paramārthataḥ).
