योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-16, verse-4

अत उक्तं मया राम यदि शुद्धे हि चेतसि ।
उपदेशः प्रसरति तैलबिन्दुरिवाम्भसि ॥ ४ ॥

upadeśaḥ prasarati tailabindurivāmbhasi 4

4. Therefore, O Rama, I said that instruction spreads in a truly pure mind (cetas) just as a drop of oil spreads on water.
