वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-75, verse-12

तपस्यता महाबाहो लोका वृत्रेण निर्जिताः ।
बलवान् स हि धर्मात्मा नैनं शक्ष्यामि बाधितुम् ॥१२॥
12. tapasyatā mahābāho lokā vṛtreṇa nirjitāḥ ,
balavān sa hi dharmātmā nainaṃ śakṣyāmi bādhitum.

balavān sa hi dharmātmā na enam śakṣyāmi bādhitum
12. mahābāho,
tapasyaṭā vṛtreṇa lokā nirjitāḥ saḥ hi dharmātmā balavān asti,
enam bādhitum na śakṣyāmi
12. O mighty-armed one, the worlds have been conquered by Vṛtra, who is engaged in (severe) austerity (tapas). Indeed, he is powerful and possesses a righteous nature (dharma); I will not be able to obstruct him.
