बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-87, verse-13

अभिषेकं च जातस्य तत्पित्रोश्चापि मन्त्रवित् ।
कुर्यात् ततो यथाशक्ति ब्राह्मणान् भोजयेत् सुधीः ॥१३॥
13. abhiṣekaṃ ca jātasya tatpitroścāpi mantravit .
kuryāt tato yathāśakti brāhmaṇān bhojayet sudhīḥ.
13. abhiṣekam ca jātasya tatpitroḥ ca api mantravit
kuryāt tataḥ yathāśakti brāhmaṇān bhojayet sudhīḥ
13. And the expert in mantras (mantravit) should perform the ritual anointing for the newborn and for its parents as well. Thereafter, the wise person (sudhīḥ) should feed Brahmins according to his or her means.
