If the difference exceeds five (signs) but is less than six signs (without a full sign), then the degrees are divided by two to obtain the precise aspect (dṛṣṭi). If the difference exceeds four (signs), it should be subtracted from five (signs). If the aspect is more than three parts, it should be divided by three.
