एका राशिवशाद् दृष्टिः पूर्वमुक्ता च या द्विज ।
अन्या खेटस्वभावोत्था स्फुटा तां कथयाम्यहम् ॥२॥

2. ekā rāśivaśād dṛṣṭiḥ pūrvamuktā ca yā dvija .
anyā kheṭasvabhāvotthā sphuṭā tāṃ kathayāmyaham.

2. ekā rāśivaśāt dṛṣṭiḥ pūrvam uktā ca yā dvija
anyā kheṭasvabhāvotthā sphuṭā tām kathayāmi aham

2. O Brahmin, one kind of aspect (dṛṣṭi), which was mentioned previously, is based on the zodiacal sign (rāśi). Another kind, which is precise and arises from the intrinsic nature (dharma) of the planets (kheṭa), I shall now describe.
