बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-13, verse-9

लाभे जीवे धने शुक्रे धनेशे शुभसंयुते ।
व्यये च शुभसंयुक्ते धर्मकार्ये धनव्ययः ॥९॥

9. If Jupiter is in the house of gains (11th) and Venus is in the house of wealth (2nd), and if the lord of wealth (2nd house) is conjoined with benefics, and the lord of the house of expenditure (12th) is also conjoined with benefics, then there will be an expenditure of wealth for religious (dharma) and virtuous activities.
