O best among the twice-born (dvija), listen! I will now explain the results concerning the house of wealth (dhana bhāva). (This occurs) when the lord of wealth (dhaneśa) is situated in the house of wealth (dhana bhāva), or even if it is located in a quadrant (kendra) or a trine (koṇa).
