If the lord of the second house (dhaneśa) is situated in the eleventh house (house of gain), or if the lord of the eleventh house (lābheśa) is located in the second house, and both these lords are positioned in either angular (kendra) or trinal (koṇa) houses, then that person becomes wealthy.
