बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-13, verse-12

नेत्रेशे बलसंयुक्ते शोभनाक्षो भवेन्नरः ।
षष्ठाष्टमव्ययस्थे च नेत्रवैकल्यवान् भवेत् ॥१२॥
12. netreśe balasaṃyukte śobhanākṣo bhavennaraḥ .
ṣaṣṭhāṣṭamavyayasthe ca netravaikalyavān bhavet.

12. If the lord of the eyes (netreśa) is strong, a person will have beautiful eyes. If it is situated in the sixth, eighth, or twelfth house, however, the person will suffer from eye defects.
