महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-112, verse-2

समृद्धरूपः सवितेव दीप्तः सुशुक्लकृष्णाक्षतरश्चकोरैः ।
नीलाः प्रसन्नाश्च जटाः सुगन्धा हिरण्यरज्जुग्रथिताः सुदीर्घाः ॥२॥
2. samṛddharūpaḥ saviteva dīptaḥ; suśuklakṛṣṇākṣataraścakoraiḥ ,
nīlāḥ prasannāśca jaṭāḥ sugandhā; hiraṇyarajjugrathitāḥ sudīrghāḥ.

2. His form is perfect, and he shines like the sun. His eyes are very white, black, and red-streaked, resembling those of cakora birds. His matted locks are dark blue, lustrous, fragrant, and very long, bound with golden cords.
