महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-14, verse-16

ऋषी ऊचतुः ।
नानाशस्त्रविदः पूर्वे येऽप्यतीता महारथाः ।
नैतदस्त्रं मनुष्येषु तैः प्रयुक्तं कथंचन ॥१६॥
16. ṛṣī ūcatuḥ ,
nānāśastravidaḥ pūrve ye'pyatītā mahārathāḥ ,
naitadastraṁ manuṣyeṣu taiḥ prayuktaṁ kathaṁcana.

na etat astram manuṣyeṣu taiḥ prayuktam kathaṃcana

16. The two sages said: "This weapon was never used among humans by any of the great charioteers (mahārathāḥ) of the past, even those who were expert in various weapons."
