अनुबन्धं क्षयं हिंसामनपेक्ष्य च पौरुषम् ।
मोहादारभ्यते कर्म यत्तत्तामसमुच्यते ॥२५॥

That action (karma) which is undertaken out of delusion (moha), disregarding its consequences, potential loss, injury, or even one's own capability, is said to be of the nature of tamas (tāmasam).
