योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-103, verse-14

कल्पं क्षणीकरोत्यन्तः क्षणं नयति कल्पताम् ।
मनस्तदायत्तमतो देशकालक्रमं विदुः ॥ १४ ॥
kalpaṃ kṣaṇīkarotyantaḥ kṣaṇaṃ nayati kalpatām ,
manastadāyattamato deśakālakramaṃ viduḥ 14

14. The mind (manaḥ) internally shortens an eon into a moment and extends a moment into an eon. Therefore, they know that the progression of space and time is dependent on the mind (manaḥ).
