मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-100, verse-14

चकार च ततः सृष्टिं जगतः पद्मसम्भवः ।
तथा तेषु महाभागः पूर्वकल्पान्तरेषु वै ॥१४॥
14. cakāra ca tataḥ sṛṣṭiṃ jagataḥ padmasambhavaḥ .
tathā teṣu mahābhāgaḥ pūrvakalpāntareṣu vai.

14. And thereafter, the lotus-born (Brahmā) undertook the creation of the universe. Similarly, that greatly exalted one (Brahmā) did so in previous cycles of creation (kalpas) as well.
