7. sa mānyatāṁ naraśreṣṭhaḥ sa hi dharmaḥ sanātanaḥ ,

He, the best of men, should be honored, for he is indeed the eternal (sanātana) natural law (dharma). If he is honored, it will certainly lead to happiness; if he is not honored, it will lead to unhappiness.
