3. naiṣa kālo mahārāja tava śaśvatkṛtāgasaḥ ,

3.
O great king (mahārāja), this is not the time for you, who have constantly committed wrongs. Indeed, the Pārthas were wronged by you from the very beginning, O best of Bhāratas.
