महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-167, verse-11

कारणं प्राप्य तु नराः सर्व एव महाभुजाः ।
शूरा वा कातरा वापि भवन्ति नरपुंगव ॥११॥

11. kāraṇaṁ prāpya tu narāḥ sarva eva mahābhujāḥ ,
śūrā vā kātarā vāpi bhavanti narapuṁgava.

11. O best among men (narapuṅgava)! All men, whether mighty-armed, brave, or even cowardly, become so when they find a cause.
