महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-28, verse-8

तस्माद्बलं च कोशं च नीतिश्चापि विधीयताम् ।
यथा कालोदये प्राप्ते सम्यक्तैः संदधामहे ॥८॥
8. tasmādbalaṁ ca kośaṁ ca nītiścāpi vidhīyatām ,
yathā kālodaye prāpte samyaktaiḥ saṁdadhāmahe.
8. tasmāt balam ca kośam ca nītiḥ ca api vidhīyatām
yathā kāla-udaye prāpte samyak taiḥ saṃdadāmahe
8. Therefore, let resources (bala), the treasury (kośa), and political strategy (nīti) be duly prepared, so that when the opportune time arrives, we may properly reconcile with them.
