नैतादृशं दैवतमस्ति सत्ये सर्वेषु लोकेषु सदैवतेषु ।
यथा पतिस्तस्य हि सर्वकामा लभ्याः प्रसादे कुपितश्च हन्यात् ॥२॥

Truly, there is no such deity, even among all the gods in all worlds, as a husband. By his grace, all desires can be fulfilled, but if he is angered, he can also destroy.
