मासानष्टौ पार्षतेन रौरवेण नवैव तु ।
गवयस्य तु मांसेन तृप्तिः स्याद्दशमासिकी ॥७॥

7. For eight months with the meat of a spotted deer (pārṣatena), and indeed, for nine months with the meat of a ruru deer (rauraveṇa). With the meat of a gavaya, there would be satisfaction lasting ten months.
