महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-345, verse-4

ततस्तस्य वचः श्रुत्वा रूपिणी धर्मवत्सला ।
दर्शयामास तं विप्रं नागपत्नी पतिव्रता ॥४॥
4. tatastasya vacaḥ śrutvā rūpiṇī dharmavatsalā ,
darśayāmāsa taṁ vipraṁ nāgapatnī pativratā.

4. Then, having heard his words, the beautiful serpent's wife, who was devoted to natural law (dharma) and loyal to her husband, revealed herself to that brahmin.
