मयैवैतद्वितीर्णं वै वचनं मनसामराः ।
एलापत्रेण नागेन यदस्याभिहितं पुरा ॥८॥

Brahmā said: 'O Immortals, this very statement, which was formerly spoken by the Nāga Elāpatra to him mentally, was indeed granted by me.'
