महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-184, verse-14

पाञ्चालराजस्तु विषण्णरूपस्तान्पाण्डवानप्रतिविन्दमानः ।
धृष्टद्युम्नं पर्यपृच्छन्महात्मा क्व सा गता केन नीता च कृष्णा ॥१४॥
14. pāñcālarājastu viṣaṇṇarūpa;stānpāṇḍavānaprativindamānaḥ ,
dhṛṣṭadyumnaṁ paryapṛcchanmahātmā; kva sā gatā kena nītā ca kṛṣṇā.
14. pāñcālarājaḥ tu viṣaṇṇarūpaḥ tān
pāṇḍavān aprativindamānaḥ
dhṛṣṭadyumnam paryapṛcchat mahātmā
kva sā gatā kena nītā ca kṛṣṇā
14. But the great-souled Pāñcāla king, appearing dejected and not recognizing those Pāṇḍavas, questioned Dhṛṣṭadyumna: "Where has Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī) gone? By whom was she taken?"
