महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-11, verse-16

परानिष्टकरात् पापात् मुच्यते राजशासनात् ।
अन्यस्मान्मुच्यते मर्त्यः प्रायश्चित्त्या समाधिना ॥१६॥
16. parāniṣṭakarāt pāpāt mucyate rājaśāsanāt ,
anyasmānmucyate martyaḥ prāyaścittyā samādhinā.
