महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-11, verse-112

विभ्रान्तबुद्धेर्मनुजात् कार्याकार्यमजानतः ।
स्वानिष्टं च परानिष्टं जायतेऽस्मात् पदे पदे ॥११२॥
112. vibhrāntabuddhermanujāt kāryākāryamajānataḥ ,
svāniṣṭaṁ ca parāniṣṭaṁ jāyate'smāt pade pade.

sva-aniṣṭaṃ ca para-aniṣṭaṃ jāyate asmāt pade pade

112. From a person whose mind is confused and who does not know what should be done and what should not be done, harm to oneself and harm to others arises at every step.
