योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-13, verse-9

अज्ञानं पुनरज्ञातं स्वप्नेष्वपि न तद्भवेत् ।
ज्ञानं सर्वास्ववस्थासु नित्यमेव प्रवर्तते ॥ ९ ॥
ajñānaṃ punarajñātaṃ svapneṣvapi na tadbhavet ,
jñānaṃ sarvāsvavasthāsu nityameva pravartate 9
9. ajñānam punaḥ ajñātam svapneṣu api na tat bhavet
jñānam sarvāsu avasthāsu nityam eva pravartate

jñānam tu sarvāsu avasthāsu nityam eva pravartate
9. Moreover, ignorance is something unknown; it would not exist even in dreams. But knowledge, in all states of being, indeed always persists.
