योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-13, verse-12

प्राणापानतया रूढो दृढदेहगुहाशयः ।
अनन्तसिद्धिदः साधो योगोऽयं बुद्धिदः श्रृणु ॥ १२ ॥
