सुलभत्वाददुःखत्वात्कतरः शोभनोऽनयोः ।
येनावगतमात्रेण भूयः क्षोभो न बाधते ॥ ५ ॥

sulabhatvādaduḥkhatvātkataraḥ śobhano'nayoḥ ,

Śrī Rāma said: Among these two (methods), which one is superior, considering its ease of attainment and freedom from difficulty, such that by its mere comprehension, agitation does not bother one again?
