योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-63, verse-12

देशकालवशादेव तुच्छस्यातुच्छतामिह ।
अतुच्छस्य तु तुच्छत्वं वर्ज्ये निन्दास्तुती बुधैः ॥ १२ ॥
deśakālavaśādeva tucchasyātucchatāmiha ,
atucchasya tu tucchatvaṃ varjye nindāstutī budhaiḥ 12
