योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-83, verse-10

वध्यलोकोपहारेण सा देवी परिपूज्यते ।
प्रतिमा सा स्थिताद्यापि चित्रस्था फलदायिनी ॥ १० ॥
vadhyalokopahāreṇa sā devī paripūjyate ,
pratimā sā sthitādyāpi citrasthā phaladāyinī 10
10. vadhylokopahāreṇa sā devī paripūjyate | pratimā
sā sthitā adya api citrasthā phaladāyinī ||
10. sā devī vadhylokopahāreṇa paripūjyate sā
pratimā citrasthā adya api sthitā phaladāyinī
10. That goddess is duly worshipped with offerings of sacrificial people. That image of her still exists today, depicted in a painting, and is a giver of results.
