योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-76, verse-9

यत्र लोकक्रमप्राप्तं तेन भुक्तेन किं भवेत् ।
न जीवितेन नो मृत्या किंचित्कारणमस्ति मे ॥ ९ ॥
yatra lokakramaprāptaṃ tena bhuktena kiṃ bhavet ,
na jīvitena no mṛtyā kiṃcitkāraṇamasti me 9
9. yatra lokakramaprāptam tena bhuktena kim bhavet
na jīvitena no mṛtyā kiñcit kāraṇam asti me

9. What is the use of that which is obtained and experienced in the ordinary course of the world? For me, there is no purpose in either life or death.
