वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-91, verse-6

ततो रामानुजः क्रुद्धः कालस्यास्त्रं सुदारुणम् ।
संवर्तं नाम भरतो गन्धर्वेष्वभ्ययोजयत् ॥६॥
6. tato rāmānujaḥ kruddhaḥ kālasyāstraṃ sudāruṇam ,
saṃvartaṃ nāma bharato gandharveṣvabhyayojayat.

6. Then, Bharata, Rāma's enraged younger brother, deployed the exceedingly terrible weapon of Kāla, named Saṃvarta, against the Gandharvas.
