अथ शैलाद्विनिष्क्रम्य मैथिलीं कोसलेश्वरः ।
अदर्शयच्छुभजलां रम्यां मन्दाकिनीं नदीम् ॥१॥
1. atha śailādviniṣkramya maithilīṃ kosaleśvaraḥ ,
