बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-94, verse-2

मूलशान्तिसमं सर्वमात्रापि मण्डपादिकम् ।
इन्द्रोऽत्र देवता तद्वदधिदेवोऽनलस्तथा ॥२॥
2. mūlaśāntisamaṃ sarvamātrāpi maṇḍapādikam .
indro'tra devatā tadvadadhidevo'nalastathā.

2. All the arrangements, including the ritual pavilion (maṇḍapa) and so forth, should be made to the same extent as for a mūlaśānti ceremony. Here, Indra is the primary deity, and similarly, Agni (Anala) is the presiding deity (adhideva).
