बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-94, verse-11

तस्याः प्रदानकालेऽतो गोदानमपि कारयेत् ।
आश्लेषान्त्यत्रिपादोत्थौ मूलाद्यत्रिपदोद्भवौ ॥११॥
11. tasyāḥ pradānakāle'to godānamapi kārayet .

11. Therefore, at the time of her giving away (in marriage), one should also perform the offering of cows. (This applies to) those born in the last three quarters of Ashlesha (nakshatra) and the first three quarters of Mūla (nakshatra).
