बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-22, verse-5

केन्द्रत्रिकोणगे लाभनाथे शुभसमन्विते ।
चत्वारिंशे तु सम्प्राप्ते सहस्रार्धसुनिष्कभाक् ॥५॥

5. If the lord of the eleventh house (gains) is situated in a kendra (angular) or trikoṇa (trine) house and is associated with auspicious planets, then upon reaching the fortieth year, the native will enjoy five hundred good niṣkas (units of wealth).
