मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-91, verse-27

त्रयोदशस्य पर्याये रौच्याख्यस्य मनोः सुरान् ।
सप्तर्षींश्च नृपाञ्श्चैव गदतो मे निशामय ॥२७॥
27. trayodaśasya paryāye raucyākhyasya manoḥ surān .
saptarṣīṃśca nṛpāñścaiva gadato me niśāmaya.

saptarṣīn ca nṛpān ca eva gadataḥ me niśāmaya
27. Now listen to me as I describe the gods, the seven sages, and indeed the kings belonging to the cycle of the thirteenth Manu, who is named Raucya.
