महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-53, verse-6

कर्णस्य पुत्रस्तु रथी सुषेणं समागतः सृञ्जयांश्चोत्तमौजाः ।
गान्धारराजं सहदेवः क्षुधार्तो महर्षभं सिंह इवाभ्यधावत् ॥६॥
6. karṇasya putrastu rathī suṣeṇaṁ; samāgataḥ sṛñjayāṁścottamaujāḥ ,
gāndhārarājaṁ sahadevaḥ kṣudhārto; maharṣabhaṁ siṁha ivābhyadhāvat.

6. Karna's son, who was a charioteer, indeed met Sushena; and Uttamaujas engaged the Srinjayas. Sahadeva, as if famished, charged the king of Gandhara like a lion rushing upon a great bull.
