अस्माकं भयभीतानां नित्यशो भगवान्गतिः ।
ततस्त्वार्ताः प्रयाचामस्त्वां वरं वरदो ह्यसि ॥१७॥

17. asmākaṁ bhayabhītānāṁ nityaśo bhagavāngatiḥ ,
tatastvārtāḥ prayācāmastvāṁ varaṁ varado hyasi.

17. asmākam bhayabhītānām nityaśaḥ bhagavān gatiḥ
tataḥ tu ārtāḥ prayācāmaḥ tvām varam varadaḥ hi asi

17. For us who are terrified by fear, the Lord (Bhagavān) is always the refuge. Therefore, we, being distressed, implore you for a boon, as you are indeed a giver of boons.
