agastyena vinā ko hi śakto'nyo'rṇavaśoṣaṇe.

However, they cannot be led to destruction, because they reside within the ocean. Therefore, a plan for the ocean's destruction should be deliberated upon by you all. Indeed, who else but Agastya is capable of drying up the ocean?
