महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-95, verse-3

यस्य स्फीतो जनपदः संपन्नः प्रियराजकः ।
संतुष्टपुष्टसचिवो दृढमूलः स पार्थिवः ॥३॥
3. yasya sphīto janapadaḥ saṁpannaḥ priyarājakaḥ ,
saṁtuṣṭapuṣṭasacivo dṛḍhamūlaḥ sa pārthivaḥ.
