पृथग्भूतेषु सृष्टेषु चतुर्ष्वाश्रमकर्मसु ।
समाधौ योगमेवैतच्छाण्डिल्यः शममब्रवीत् ॥१३॥
13. pṛthagbhūteṣu sṛṣṭeṣu caturṣvāśramakarmasu ,
samādhau yogamevaitacchāṇḍilyaḥ śamamabravīt.
