महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-178, verse-8

संधिष्वपि च सर्वेषु संनिविष्टस्तथानिलः ।
शरीरेषु मनुष्याणां व्यान इत्युपदिश्यते ॥८॥

8. saṁdhiṣvapi ca sarveṣu saṁniviṣṭastathānilaḥ ,
śarīreṣu manuṣyāṇāṁ vyāna ityupadiśyate.
