महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-23, verse-6

तत्ते वनं समासाद्य विजह्रुः पन्नगा मुदा ।
अब्रुवंश्च महावीर्यं सुपर्णं पतगोत्तमम् ॥६॥
6. tatte vanaṁ samāsādya vijahruḥ pannagā mudā ,
abruvaṁśca mahāvīryaṁ suparṇaṁ patagottamam.

abruvan ca mahāvīryam suparṇam patagottamam
6. Having reached that forest, the Nāgas sported there joyfully. And they spoke to Suparṇa, the greatly valorous best of birds.
