सूत उवाच ।
ज्वलन्तमचलं मेरुं तेजोराशिमनुत्तमम् ।
आक्षिपन्तं प्रभां भानोः स्वशृङ्गैः काञ्चनोज्ज्वलैः ॥५॥

jvalantamacalaṁ meruṁ tejorāśimanuttamam ,
ākṣipantaṁ prabhāṁ bhānoḥ svaśṛṅgaiḥ kāñcanojjvalaiḥ.

Sūta said, "(They used) the blazing, unsurpassed Mount Meru, a mass of brilliance, which eclipsed the sun's radiance with its own peaks that shone like gold."
